A patch of purple flowers creates a nice spring compostion hear the Sawtooth Mountains in Idaho. I was drawn to the 4 horizonal "shapes" of tonalities ... purpe to green to grey to blue. The cloudless sky, normally boring, adds simplicity to this composition and allows more attention to be drawn to the foreground flowers instead of the sky.
